Witheren Heights Buddhist Monastery is a peaceful forest sanctuary for meditation, mindfulness and Buddhist practice — home to two quiet meditation huts nestled among the trees.
Set in the quiet heart of a forest, Witheren Heights is a small monastery surrounded by tall trees, soft light and open sky. It is a place for those who wish to step away from noise for a while — to sit quietly, to walk slowly, and to simply be present.
Whether you are new to meditation or have practiced for years, you are welcome here. The forest itself asks little of anyone — only that you arrive gently, and perhaps leave a little quieter than you came.
Nestled within the forest are two quiet meditation huts, each offering a simple, undisturbed space for individual practice. They are used for meditation only.
